Key Responsibilities

● • Preparation of Financial Statements

• Ascertaining Working Capital and Bank Guarantee Limits and getting them arranged

• Supervision of all types of books of accounts, Ensuring that all transactions related Accounts payable ( AP),Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger ( GL) is properly accounted for.
• Preparation of CMA Data for Bank Loans, Term loan, Inventory funding, working capital facilities
• MIS Reports Weekly, monthly and adhoc Financial reports
• Major Bank reconciliations, Inter Company Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation.
• Submission of quarterly and Half yearly statements (OFI)
• Finalization of accounts and preparing of Balance Sheet
• Dealing with loans and working capital for the company i.e., Mortgage loans, inventory funding, trade
• advances and all types of short term and long terms loans. Preparing of projection reports and other
• required details for getting the loans from various Banks and Financial institutions
• Preparing of monthly financial reports, budget reports and various MIS reports.
• Handling statutory audits, internal audits, Stock Audits of the company and preparing audit reports.
• Handling of Income tax, sales tax (VAT) and Service Tax matters which included preparation of returns and
• Final assessment of the Firms.
• Filing TDS Returns (Quarterly) as per norms.
• Handling of monthly online payments/returns i.e., Service Tax, VAT, TDS,ESI, P.F.., & Professional Tax..
• Handling of company stockyards, equipments, premises and other assets insurance.
• Handling systematic End to End Book keeping and Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Preparing Financial analysis reports for cost control
• Maintaining of statutory records for labor dept., and ROC work.
• Reconciliation (MIS) within the group of companies and with all Vehicle manufacturers.
• Fund raising
• Payroll processing.


Direct & Indirect Tax:

• Attending VAT, SERVICE TAX, CUSTOMS & CENTREL EXCISE matters on behalf of the group of companies.

• Attending Scrutiny Assessments (Income Tax)

• Preparation of ITR’s & E-filing ,Tax Audit Reports

• Preparation of Directors Personal Returns & E- filinng

• Quarterly TDS returns preparation & monthly VAT returns.

• Checking the Reports like TDS, Service Tax on monthly basis & ensure the payments made within due dates

Key Skills

Chartered Accountant Accounting Packages: Tally 9, Wings 2000, Focus 5.5 and Knowledge on SAP FICO. Computer skills: MS Office
