A Client of us is looking to hire Team Leader - recruiter position. Job Description: Ability to develop and implement Recruitment processes that support delivery of positive talent outcomes for the business Track record of being a subject matter expert on talent attraction and acquisition for a large community of hiring managers Strong understanding of current and effective talent brand strategies and tools Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and how those needs fit into the business structure Leading the team of recruitments managing the performance and targets Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings, Networking & Social Media within time frame. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them. Should have hands on experience in IT/Engineering/ Healthcare Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure Skills and Competencies 7-10 years of relevant recruitment experience – IT/Engineering/Healthcar Exposure to hiring across the markets Strong Commercial Acumen Knowledge of HR ops, HRMS, PMS are added advantages Good working knowledge of excel & PowerPoint Person should be a fluent communicator
